Armchair Travel to Norway through a Guest’s Five-Part Blog Series

Posted October 17, 2017

Karen Kuzsel (Wagner) recently joined our “Norwegian Splendor” small group tour –  her second tour with Odysseys – and shared her experiences in a series of five blog posts entitled “Denmark & Norway:  Royally Rich in Breathtaking Beauty, from Castles to Fjords.”  Throughout her posts, Karen shares highlights and fun facts from her 16-day tour through Norway (with a three-night stay in Copenhagen, Denmark!).

Whether she is describing navigating to the summit of Mount Dalsnibba where guests had a bird’s-eye view (at 4,900 feet!) of Geirangerfjord, visiting the home of composer Edvard Grieg, touring a family-owned fruit farm, or seeing the spectacular scenery along the route of the famed Flåm Railway, Karen provides many details and beautiful pictures.

Check out Karen’s posts below and enjoy an armchair journey Norway.  And if her words inspire you to visit Norway and Copenhagen, be sure to check out our “Norwegian Splendor” small group tour.
