Everything You Need to Know About the My Odyssey Portal

Did you know that all of your tour information – from your invoice, packing advice, detailed itinerary, flight information, and online payment services – can be found on your My Odyssey portal?
If you have reserved a tour with us, then you are automatically given access to our convenient My Odyssey portal. Since the launch of the portal in 2019, you have been able to view your invoice, verify your traveler information, and make payments online. Now, rather than waiting for your itinerary, general information, and accommodations documents to arrive via postal mail, you can simply log into the online portal and access these documents at your convenience.
Once you make your reservation, we will send you a confirmation email with instructions on how to access your information on the portal. In this post, you can learn how to log in to your My Odyssey portal, as well as discover what you can do in the portal once you log in.
While the My Odyssey portal should work in any browser, it does function best using Google Chrome. (If you are not able to use Google Chrome for any reason, other options are Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari.)
You can click the link above, or go to the sign in button at the top of our website homepage. You will be prompted to enter an email address. To access your account, you must enter the primary email address associated with your reservation.
Step 2: Check your email
After submitting your email address, you’ll see this screen.
Step 3: Check your email by opening a new tab in your browser or by checking your email in an app or on another device (mobile phone, tablet, etc).
The email you receive will look like the following:
Please allow a few moments for this email to arrive. If you do not see the email after a minute, check your spam, junk, and/or promotions folder. Note: The code in the email will expire after 5 minutes.
Step 4: Enter the verification code into the login page
Go back to your tab with My Odyssey open and enter the code given in the email that was sent to you. Note: If you requested multiple codes/emails for any reason, use the most recent code sent. To avoid confusion, please wait 2 minutes between requesting new codes to allow the email ample time to arrive in your inbox.
Once you have entered the code, click the blue submit bar and you will be taken to your My Odyssey home page.
As a reminder, all information on the My Odyssey portal is secure. Your personal profile is only accessible on the secure portal and is stored using state-of-the-art data encryption, similar to your other personal online accounts.
Upon entering the portal, you will be shown your home screen. Notifications will appear at the top of your screen prompting you to complete or review information related to your reservation, such as your passport information, COVID-19 waivers, or outstanding payments. You can click on these notifications to be taken to the appropriate page to resolve the issue.
Instantly Access Your Tour Information
On the home screen, you can see an overview of your tour information, including departure and return dates, departure airport, tour cost and balances, and your final payment date. On the left-hand side of your screen, a sidebar lists menu options which you can click to find additional information about your tour.
Health info (allergies, physical limitations, disabilities, health conditions, etc.)
Make sure any and all information provided in your profile is 100% correct as we use this information to make your air reservations and other bookings.
Complete YourCOVID-19 Health Information
Click on the COVID-19 Health Information tab to review our COVID-19 guidelines and virtually sign your COVID-19 waivers.
Review Your Upcoming Reservations
A list of your current reservations is given below the Upcoming Reservations menu option. From here, you can click on each tour to access Tour Details & Documents, Invoices, and Payments.
Read Up on YourTour Details & Documents
Click on the Tour Details & Documents option to view all of your available pre-departure documents for the selected tour, including:
General Information Document: provides information such as climate, currency, health and safety, history, public holidays, special considerations, and packing information for the destinations on your tour, including guidance on electric current adapters needed.
Accommodations List: details information regarding the accommodations on your tour, such as amenities and special features.
Day-By-Day Itinerary: a detailed itinerary for your tour, including information on sightseeing and activities for each day.
Luggage Guidelines: information on luggage and packing for your tour, and also notifies you if any special packing considerations are needed for a particular destination.
Tipping Recommendations: tipping advice for on-tour experiences for each destination.
Visa Information: explanation of visa requirements for the countries on your tour and how to apply for a visa(s), if applicable.
Flight Itinerary: when your preliminary flight itinerary is ready approximately 2.5 months prior to your departure, you will be able to instantly access it on the portal.
COVID-19 Updates: important updates regarding COVID-19 advisories.
Please note that, in some cases, our pre-departure documents may not be finalized at the time you confirm your reservation. In these cases, you will receive a confirmation email, but the documents will not yet be visible in the portal. We will send another email when these documents become available, and will continue to send emails that include COVID-19 waivers, airline itineraries, visa information (if applicable), luggage requirements, and other reminders as needed.

Check Your Invoice and Make Payments
To view your current itemized invoice, click on the Invoice menu option. The invoice displays any current charges, payments, and/or refunds that have been issued. You can make payments to your reservation, including making your final payment, by clicking on the Payment option under your tour name on the sidebar menu. Simply type in your payment information and click submit.
