As more people are eager to travel, we are experiencing a higher than usual volume of calls and emails. Our Guest Services team is working to respond to everyone as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience.
We are very excited to announce that, going forward, all of your travel documents will be available in our secure My Odyssey guest portal. Since the launch of the portal in 2019, you have been able to view your invoice, verify your traveler information, and make payments online. Now, rather than waiting for your itinerary, general information, and accommodations documents to arrive via postal mail, you can log into the online portal and access these documents at your convenience.
Once you make your reservation, we will send you a confirmation email with instructions on how to access these documents on the portal. In addition, below you can find step-by-step instructions on how to access your documents.
You can click the link above, or type myodyssey.odysseys-unlimited.com into your browser. Please log in using the email address associated with your reservation.

Step 4: Navigate to your Tour Details and Documents page
Clicking on either of the two links indicated by the red arrows will bring you to the Tour Details and Documents page.
Step 5: View and/or download your pre-departure documents
You can explore all of your pre-departure documents in the Travel Documents section.
As a reminder, all information on the My Odyssey portal is secure. Your personal profile is only accessible on the secure portal and is stored using state-of-the-art data encryption, similar to your other personal online accounts.
Also note that, in some cases, our pre-departure documents may not be finalized at the time you confirm your reservation. In these cases, you will receive a confirmation email, but the documents will not yet be visible in the portal. We will send another email when these documents become available, and will continue to send emails that include COVID-19 waivers, airline itineraries, visa information (if applicable), luggage requirements, and other reminders as needed.
We are excited to announce these changes, as they help us move towards being a more environmentally friendly business while also offering you a more convenient and timely way to access your tour documents.
